By default, when there is a incoming call on the gateway, the gateway will play default IVR “please dial extension” if user does not have any configurations. However, most of the users do not want the caller to hear the IVR, user can deal with the GSM incoming calls with the following method:

Forward the incoming calls to SIP side or mobile user

This is the method we highly recommend, if someone can pick up GSM incoming call, the carrier may decrease notice on the SIM and this may help decrease SIM block.

To forward the incoming calls, user need set auto call on DWG gateway, and set the destination on port configuration page. To configure,
